Booking an ArrivaClick is easy and here’s how it works:
- Download the app and tell us where you want to go
- Simply pin your location and destination on the map.
- The app uses your location to plan the best suited journey. The app will book you on a vehicle with passengers travelling in the same direction.
- Our smart algorithms provides time so you know when you’ll get there, and when and where your driver will pick you up.
- Payment can be made through the app with your card details

- We know your time is important.
- Our average wait time is 5 to 10 minutes and you'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your car in real time in the app.
- We also offer pre-scheduling! If you know when you want a vehicle, you can book a journey up to 30 days in advance! Just set your preferred pickup time and we’ll dispatch a vehicle to you at your designated time & date.
- The number of passengers you will share a journey varies based on capacity and your chosen destination! Our comfortable minibuses can easily accommodate 12 to 15 people.
